We evaluate your business to identify areas for process improvement and provide a roadmap to achieve better efficiency through simple process standardization. Business optimization includes Administration, Supply Chain, software usage and other standard business processes and workflows. Operations optimization requires us to conduct an extensive plant walkdown to identify areas of improvement for the Operations of the facility. As part of this process, we spot check procedures for correctness and completeness to ensure safety protocols are being met. We also meet with staff to discuss culture and philosophy to identify potential ‘tribal knowledge’ areas that may need to be further vetted to ensure consistency across all layers of Operations. We also provide Root Cause Analysis and Accident Investigations of specific events to identify opportunities for improvement. As part of this process, we also provide areas where additional instrumentation and / or hardware would be useful to improve Operations. DIGITIZATION
A Comprehensive Approach
Are you losing sleep over digitization? We understand the dilemma you are facing and the good news is, we can help. We perform a complete plant evaluation to identify digitization opportunities. We understand that digitization can be very costly, and we will develop a phased approach to achieve your digitization goals. We provide a full service offering for the customer’s digital journey, and this can be as complex or as simple as the customer needs. Similar to the Operations Optimization, we would conduct a walkdown of the facility to create a map of what the customer currently has for IoT coverage. Along with that information, we would provide a gap analysis of where the plant should add and / or upgrade sensors or instrumentation and hardware to close these identified gaps in coverage. We then develop a comprehensive roadmap for the customer to phase these upgrades into their budget cycle from greatest benefit to lesser benefit. In addition, we also offer our implementation services to provide these upgrades for the customer, essentially being a one stop shop for their digitization needs.

Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. We are uniquely qualified to assess the overall performance of any power plant. Using Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) standards, we provide an in-depth evaluation of the generation assets for our customer to measure performance against the (EPRI) guidelines for operational excellence. We work collaboratively throughout the entire process and ensure measurable results. This is typically accomplished over a five (5) day period dependent on the size of the facility.
